The story of the creation of chemistry

On January 20th, open exhibition of Georgian Chemistry and Physics manuscripts. Exhibition was held by the National Centre of manuscripts, Experimentorium and Agricultural University. During the event, photographs and drawings of Vakhtang VI’s chemistry, David Batonishvili and Anton I’s physics were exhibited. A copy of the original manuscript by Vakhushti Batonishvili was specially prepared for this exhibition, that is important because the manuscript books had not been produced since the last century, and the National Center Of Manuscripts continued to do so. The aim of the exhibition is to show the historical importance of scientific manuscripts in Georgia and to increase their accessibility to a wide audience. The exhibition is educational in nature and is intended for adult and 5th-grade school groups.
